Data we collect

What you enter in the request form: name, mobile, email, client type, service, location and details. The site also collects technical data about your visit, such as the pages you open, clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons, and your IP address, through the tools listed below.

Why we process it

We process your request data because you asked us to contact you, in order to prepare a quotation and deliver the service. We use the technical data to measure how the site and our ads perform. When you send a request, we report only the service you chose (not your name or contact details) to Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure our ads. We never sell your data.

Who processes it

Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and clicks using cookies; Cloudflare hosts the site and checks that a real person sent the form (Turnstile); our email provider delivers your request to the company mailbox and sends you a confirmation. Google may use these cookies to show you Zarafa ads on other websites; you can turn off ad personalisation in your Google ad settings. If you message us on WhatsApp, your message travels through the WhatsApp service. These providers may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia.

Retention

Your request data is kept in the company mailbox and systems for as long as it is needed to contact you, deliver the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at [email protected], and you can block cookies in your browser settings.
